Dear U Nayaka,
we are delighted that tomorrow (April 30. ) you will be rewarded with the Order of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar President’s State Excellence Award. That is a great distinction which honors your excellent achievement in building and establishing PDO in the last 20 years and so offering thousands of young people a good education.
We know that the students mostly come from poor families and that, without your initiative, they wouldn’t have had any chance to get such a good education which, for them, is the key for an independent and self-determined life.
We are proud that we had the opportunity to accompany you during the last 12 years in your great life-time achievement, the Phaung Daw Oo School.
We hope that we will still have ahead many years of cooperation.

I have arrived safely PDO this morning. I was so excited at the ceremony. There are many major reasons to get this President’s State Excellence Award. I must say that one of the majors is very good and very effective many supports of your association to PDO.
